The event is set for 4 – 9 p.m. April 27 at Avondale Brewing, address 201 41st St.
Founded in California, Cousins has trucks and/or restaurants in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina and Ohio.
The Birmingham truck will be the venture’s first Alabama-based truck.
Cousins Maine Lobster launched its first truck in 2012 in Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES After finding success on the television show, Shark Tank , Mainers Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac propelled into the business world with Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks that are successful worldwide.
Now, the two are venturing into the reality TV world with their new show Food Truck Rehab which will air on the Food Network starting this Sunday, April 11, 2021.
Food Network Show To Be Hosted By Owners Of Cousins Maine Lobster
Cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, owners and founders of Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck, had been true entrepreneurs since their start in the food industry 9 years ago.
Just like everything in life, there have been many learning curves in their journey, but now they are ready to pass on some of their hard-earned wisdom. From food truck newbie cousins to a reality tv series and striking a deal with the hit show Shark Tank, and growing to have 11 restaurants and 40 food trucks. There s not much this duo of cousins won t do.
