Fourth Quarter 2020 Operational Results (as compared to Fourth Quarter 2019):
Resumption of Hotel Operations: 15 of the Company s 17 hotels were in operation as of December 31, 2020 (see details below), and 13 of the Company s 17 hotels were in operation for the entirety of the fourth quarter 2020.

The Chicano Federation of San Diego County celebrated 47 years of community engagement and service today, Friday, May 6 with its annual Unity Luncheon hosted at Downtown’s Wyndham San Diego Bayside.
Established in 1969, the Chicano Federation of San Diego County started as a social movement against discrimination to the Chicano community in San Diego, but has evolved to a service organization providing aid to all families in San Diego County, regardless of their background.
President and CEO of Chicano Federation for over 20 years, Raymond Uzeta, said today’s Unity Luncheon is the organization’s most important fundraising event of the year, and it was celebrated successfully.

A pedestrian was killed near the San Diego Convention Center Friday evening after being hit by an on-duty Navy sailor driving a government vehicle, the Harbor Police Department said.
The fatal crash, which was reported to police at 8:18 p.m., took place near the intersection of Park Boulevard and Harbor Drive, just opposite the Hilton San Diego Bayfront hotel and the convention center.
“When officers arrived San Diego Police Department was already on scene and giving first aid to the victim,” Harbor Police Sergeant T.D. De La Pena said in a statement. San Diego firefighters then arrived and began to assist the victim, but the pedestrian died at the scene, the sergeant said.
