Authorities tell us 35-year-old Jake Hulse was Southbound on the highway, swerved to miss something, entered the East ditch and flipped upside. He was trapped in the vehicle and freed by non-mechanical means. He was transported to Lakes Regional Healthcare by ambulance, but due to HIPPA laws we’re unable to tell you the extent of Hulse’s injuries.
