Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor is in the best shape of his professional career, according to his nutritionist Tristin Kennedy.
McGregor is slated to return to the Octagon in the main event of UFC 257 on January 23, when he’ll take on fellow lightweight contender.
Heading into the fight, Kennedy has been working extremely closely with McGregor, and has been very impressed by the Irish MMA stars efforts to get into tip-top shape. In fact, Kennedy says the consensus inside McGregor’s inner circle is that he’s never been in better shape.
Kennedy opened up on McGregor’s physical condition in an interview with ESPN’s Marc Raimondi.

Diego Sanchez has slipped into the DM’s of James Krause who he wants to fight before retiring from the sport later this year.
Krause who owns and coaches at Glory MMA is not a fan of Joshua Fabia who is currently overseeing the final stage of Sanchez’s fight career. ‘The Nightmare’ intent on defending his coach sent Krause a direct message on Instagram proposing the two fight before he reties.

He’s also stated previously that he’d be willing to fight Nurmagomedov under the right conditions.

UFC middleweight king Israel Adesanya has reacted to being named Fighter of the Year in the Fighters Only World MMA Awards.
Adesanya managed to register two big wins in 2020, and while his victory over Yoel Romero may have been controversial, the success against Paulo Costa was as emphatic as it gets.
