Shermanâs Store reopened its doors Oct. 24 in the hamlet of West Rupert.
As they approached opening day, Facebook posts were less about the store and more about the community.
During deer season, the list of trophy deer and photos adorned the wall for all patrons to see. Walk in the door for the Sunday morning breakfast and you will hear Carol greet every single customer who walks through the door by name.
Well, Dan Good Flooring company will celebrate 25 years in business this coming February.
âThey told me there was no way Iâd make it in the flooring business unless I did some other trades, like framing, and this and that, too,â Curtis said. âI never did that, and I have made it.â
Great customer service, quality products, and experience, which results in plenty of knowledge about the industry, have keyed his quarter-century in business.
And growth in Rim Country hasnât hurt, either.
âI moved back to Payson in 1996 and it was really slow back then here,â Curtis said. âRight about that time is when Payson started doing its major growing. So that was about 1996 through today.â
