The first major trophy of the season is up for grabs on Sunday when holders Manchester City play Tottenham in the Carabao Cup final - but who will come out on top? Jose Mourinho s exit this week changes this whole game for Tottenham. BBC Sport expert Mark Lawrenson said. A lot of the game was framed around him, and him possibly winning Spurs their first trophy since 2008. It helps new Spurs boss Ryan Mason that he is under no pressure whatsoever, because no-one expects him to get the job full-time whether they win or lose at Wembley, but I m still backing City - I don t see them slipping up again.

Michael Conry Sr., 66, of Lewes passed away unexpectedly at his home Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Michael, the son of the late Donald and Ellen (Doyle) Conry, was born and raised in Newark, N.J.
Michael graduated from Essex Catholic High School and began his career in public service as a correctional officer before joining the Newark Police Department. Michael rose through the ranks to lieutenant before retiring in 2000. After retirement, he fulfilled a lifelong dream of traveling cross country in his RV with his wife, Pam, and their children to visit the national parks. He loved hosting Christmas Eve and summer pool parties at his home in Budd Lake. He moved to Delaware in 2013 where he enjoyed driving his Jeep on the beach with his dog Jerzee, watching his Green Bay Packers games, reading and playing trivia. He enjoyed returning to New Jersey to celebrate holidays and attend parties where he always held court sharing stories of his younger years,
Journalling is, undeniably, having a bit of a moment. Men of letters and the literary descendants of Pliny and Pepys have informed us, time and time again, that those who lean in to diary-keeping and articulation are usually our greatest minds. Yet think back on the last few decades and tell me the last time you heard of a man keeping a diary – or, even more parodied, a “journal” of some kind – and it wasn t the punchline of a joke.
But over the last couple of years, this attitude seems to be on the cusp of breaking. As we move towards the idea that modern masculinity involves vulnerability, empathy and emotional intellect, we see more and more people praising the virtues of their journal. Dan Flint is a rock band drummer in his thirties who swears by it; actor Oliver Stark can t get enough of his and even Shawn Mendes told us how he signs off every journal entry with “Love you, man, got your back.”

You Me At Six channel rebellion and redemption on latest album SUCKAPUNCH
“Music shouldn’t be about asking, Does this fit us? It should be about having no boundaries and experimenting creatively so you’re able to find out what you can do and achieve as a musician,” says Max Helyer of prolific British rock band
You Me At Six
on their latest record
SUCKAPUNCH. This latest sees the quintet channel the darker experiences of their personal lives into creativity, positivity and empowerment.
The band, consisting of
Josh Franceschi, Max Helyer, Chris Miller, Matt Barnes, Dan Flint, decided not to question their sonic direction for this album, as they told me via phone.
