Holiday traffic is building on the M5 after a morning of strong winds amid the Storm Evert weather warning.
Forecasters at the Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for wind, which is in place between 8pm last night (July 29) and 12pm today (July 30).
The national forecaster is warning of a spell of strong to gale force winds which may cause damage to infrastructure and lead to travel disruption .
Stretches of the M5 are becoming congest, particularly around Upton-on-Severn towards Gloucester, from Thornbury past Bristol to Clevedon, and Weston-super-Mare to Taunton.
