ASU moves up nearly 30 spots in QS World University Rankings’ list of top US institutions
The rankings also put ASU at No. 1 in the state, with the university earning its highest marks for diversity and internationalization May 5, 2021
QS World University Rankings has released its list of more than 300 of the top universities in the United States, with Arizona State University moving up nearly 30 spots to No. 62 from last year’s position at No. 91. ASU also ranked No. 1 in the state, ahead of both Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona.

Outdoor hospitality was able to reopen from April 12. Venues with gardens, outside tables and seating areas have been incredibly busy as people have reconnected in the good weather. And in another huge and long awaited step forward, indoor hospitality can finally get back to business from May 17 after months of being shut down.

Voters get a chance to have their say about who they want to run Plymouth at elections for the city council today - Thursday, May 6.
Mark Lea
OKLAHOMA CITY â Cherokee Nation citizen and Stilwell Grade School Principal Mark Lea has been named the Principal of the Year by the Oklahoma Association of Elementary School Principals.
Lea and other OAESP award winners will be honored during the Cooperative Council for Oklahoma School Administration Summer Leadership Conference on June 8-10. Â
According to the OAESP, its Administrator of the Year Awards promote leadership in elementary education by recognizing individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to their schools through programs that exemplify the highest standards and promote student achievement.
Lea is described as a leader with a vision who provides support to students and teachers but also keeps in mind the importance of the community in which he serves, according to the OAESP.
