Social Media Asset from the Welcome Back Business Toolkit CITY businesses that have remained closed during a third national lockdown are ready to open, with help thanks to the Salisbury Business Improvement District (BID). From Monday, April 12, city centre businesses will be able to welcome back shoppers to their Covid secure premises. The next step in the Government’s roadmap out of lockdown will permit all non-essential retail and personal care premises such as hairdressers and nail salons to open. Hospitality venues will also be allowed to serve customers outside. Too much snark The March 12 letter “Energy failure” was unnecessarily snarky. Essentia Health ranks among highest in state for quality of care

Essentia ranks significantly above the state average in 13 of 21 quality measures. It achieved above-average rates for all four chronic conditions and more than half of the measures for mental health.
