The Michigan Liquor Control Commission suspended the liquor licenses and permits for three businesses in Detroit, Flint and Battle Creek for violations of state pandemic-related health orders.
Since September, the MLCC has suspended liquor licenses of a total of 34 establishments throughout the state for violations of the orders limiting gatherings and indoor dining as well as requiring face coverings for staff and patrons.
The following face emergency suspension of their liquor license and permits:

COVID-19 protocols are in place and the Michigan Liquor Control Commission is not playing any games and has suspended the liquor licenses of three Mid-Michigan businesses including one in Flint.
