Four hundred fifty-eight graduates from the Leon High School class of 2021 received their diplomas Saturday night in a ceremony held at Gene Cox Stadium.

Interviews with the nine candidates to become the next president of Florida State University will be held Friday and Saturday in the Ruby Diamond Concert Hall.
The interviews will not be livestreamed, however. The university explained on its website that it wanted to preserve the integrity of the interview process and not allow candidates to listen in on their competitors responses to questions.
Also, people in the audience will not be permitted to livestream or otherwise record audio or video. Instead, the university will post videos Saturday afternoon at presidentialsearch.fsu.edu after all candidates have been interviewed.

Despite a gasoline-related state of emergency declaration by Gov. Ron DeSantis Tuesday, Florida is flush with fuel, according to the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association.
The ransomware hacking of the Colonial Pipeline, which interrupted its transport of fuel across the East Coast, has sent those in the Tallahassee region into a rush to fill their tanks, which has led to long lines and left pumps dry in many places.
But it s Tallahassee’s location, roughly two hours from Pensacola and Jacksonville, and the buying spree that have caused shortages rather than a pipeline problem, said FPMA Executive Director Ned Bowman.
