Pixel Bath is a pure expression of Dawson. Even when filtered through catchy, energetic guitar lines on songs like “Devilish” and “Pegasus,” Dawson’s lyrics are brooding, selectively using menacing metaphors in the vein of rap to confront his inner turmoil (
