It may be spring but it feels a little like fall right now with San Antonio’s performing arts companies starting to emerge from their pandemic pauses. The weekend’s offerings include chamber music, a pop revue and flamenco.

Desi Banks: An actor, comedian and former college football player from Atlanta, Banks has built a big following on social media with funny videos about little daily dramas, from being flush with stimulus money to being pursued by his homeboy’s girl. He stars in the upcoming horror comedy “Haunted Trail.”

Inmate numbers for the Lycoming County Prison showed a decrease between the months of October and November.
The average daily prisoner population for male and female inmates in both the jail and the Pre-Release Center fell from 245.59 to 231.9 for the two months, according to figures released at Friday’s prison board meeting.
The male population decreased from 216.55 to 205.4.
For females, the numbers fell from 29.04 to 26.5 between October and November.
There were no transfer of inmates due to overcrowding.
The board approved the following personnel to positions:
⢠Collin Grimm and Darin Thomas, correctional officers.
⢠Olivia Fisher, bail/release officer.
