Newlands care home residents and staff enjoy Green Goddess workout
Staff and residents at a Workington care home were put through their paces by fitness guru the Green Goddess.
Newlands care home was treated to an armchair workout courtesy of the Green Goddess, Diana Moran, and Shackleton’s furniture company, followed by a mindfulness session led by Shackleton’s Emma Raybould.

Diana was a popular figure on BBC’s Breakfast Time in the 1980s and now uses her experience helping to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the UK to Shackletons as their health and wellness adviser.
