Se reporta que horas más tarde la madre de la perecida recibió comunicación de Smith que Brice se fue a pie luego de un altercado entre ambos. Horas después el auto de Smith fue hallado en llamas.

The FBI is on the hunt for an armed and dangerous Pennsylvania murder suspect, who is accused of gunning down his pregnant girlfriend and lighting his car on fire to hide the evidence.
The 21-year-old expectant mother was four-and-a-half months pregnant with another child at home when she was reported missing from Upper Darby on March 30. She was last seen at Landsdown laundromat, seven miles away from where her body was found, before leaving with her boyfriend, Justin Smith, 23, at about 1 p.m. on 30 March, according to the Upper Darby Police Department.
An FBI manhunt for a Philadelphia man accused of murdering his girlfriend is underway and very active.
The FBI has listed Justin Smith, 23, of Greensboro, North Carolina, on its most wanted list and is assisting the Philadelphia Police Department in its search for the suspect accused of killing his 21-year-old girlfriend, Dianna Brice. Smith is wanted for murder in the death of his pregnant 21-year-old girlfriend, who disappeared on March 30, 2021, and whose body was found on April 5, 2021, the FBI s most-wanted report reads. Smith is alleged to have shot the woman in the head multiple times, causing her death and the death of her unborn child.
