City Hall (DBKK) is closing its payment counters temporarily in view of the two-week nationwide lockdown which started on Tuesday.
Mayor Noorliza Awang Alip said payment counters at its headquarters, Urban Transformation Centres, Damai Multipurpose Hall and Centre Point will be closed starting June 2 throughout the lockdown period

Kota Kinabalu: The City Hall’s (DBKK) payment counters will operate as normal, starting today (March 10).
Mayor Noorliza Awang Alip
(pic), in a statement Tuesday, said the main payment counter at the City Hall’s headquarters will open from 8am to 4pm, while the counters at Damai Multipurpose Hall, Centre Point and UTC will operate from 8am to 3pm.
She said appointment-based counter services are no longer applicable and those who made appointments for March are requested to conduct their dealings at the counters as usual according to the operational hours.
