Gardaí have released without charge a man in his 20s who was being held for questioning in connection with the murder of Drogheda teenager Keane Mulready Woods.
The 17 year old was killed and dismembered in Drogheda in 2020.
His partial remains were found within days at two separate locations in Dublin and more recently on waste ground in Drogheda.
The suspect was arrested on Saturday and was being detained at a Dublin Garda Station, under Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999, which allows the Gardaí to arrest a prisoner who is serving a sentence or is in custody.

GARDAI are quizzing a man in his late 20s as part of the ongoing investigation into the alleged murder of Drogheda teenager Keane Mulready-Woods.
The suspect is currently being detained at a Dublin Garda Station under Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1999.

The 17-year-old was abducted, dismembered and his remains dumped in different parts of the capital in January of last year.
The alleged murder shocked the nation because of the age of the victim and the circumstances of his death.
