The MLK Center posted a photo of the Tarkington Teen Work Crew alum on their Instagram page with the caption, “We are heartbroken again. Keondre was killed tonight on Salem Street… He has two young children and one on the way. Today was his birthday. Please stay tuned for ways to support his sisters and children.

EAST LIVERPOOL In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Lonnie D. Cunningham, of Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to $400 plus costs, 360 days in jail (30 days imposed) and 60 community service sanction hours on theft and assault charges. He is set Aug. 27 for review. Michael A. Howard, of Canton, was sentenced to $300 plus costs and 90 days in jail (30 days imposed) on charges of drug paraphernalia (two counts) and obstructing official business. He is set for a Aug. 27 review hearing. James A. Fone Jr., of state Route 154 in Negley, was sentenced to $100 plus costs on a charge of fishing without a license. His review is set Aug. 27.
