Wayne Couzens The police officer suspected of murdering Sarah Everard was accused of exposing himself twice to staff at a fast food restaurant, but colleagues failed to identify him because they did not carry out a basic number plate check, the Telegraph understands. Wayne Couzens, 48, an armed member of the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Group, was accused of indecent exposure following an incident at a drive-thru McDonalds in south London on the weekend of Feb 26/27.  Two female members of staff are understood to have contacted the police about the matter and a crime report was received by Scotland Yard on Sunday, Feb 28.
