The RCMP is investigating a shooting near High Prairie early Saturday morning that killed one man and injured two others, police said Saturday.
Mounties were called to Joussard Sand Pits at 3:41 a.m. about a shooting and found three victims from Sucker Creek First Nation. A 19-year-old man died from his injuries, while another 21-year-old man and one youth were rushed to hospital for treatment.

Police believe the shooting was targeted but are warning the public to be extra vigilant and report anything suspicious to police.
