New apartment expects wave of residents who want to live in Weymouth

Corcoran & Company project manager Mary Davis said the new 237-unit Mio Apartments complex on Route 18 would provide different housing options for people who wish to live in Weymouth. “It is great to have different housing options for people who want to experience what Weymouth has,” she said. “Weymouth is a very vibrant town.” Davis said 96 units in the two-building complex are presently occupied, and she expects to welcome a new wave of residents as summer approaches.
