Anishinabe Baagaadowewin announce historic management team

By Josh Giles Writer 2021 will mark the first time that the Anishinabe Baagadowewin or Anishinabe Lacrosse will be competing in the World Junior Lacrosse Championship (WJLC) and now they will have a strong management team behind them. There are eight teams that will be competing in this international championship, and Anishnabe Lacrosse was announced as the last of the teams to participate. Spanning from Montana, to Quebec, the team will represent one of two First Nations teams in the WJLC. The nations are made up of Ojibwe, Odawa, and Bodewadmi, from all over North America making them the largest First Nations team in the tournament.
