More than 40 Baby Mothers Benefit from Jola House Christmas Gifts

Baby mothers at the Redemption Hospital (left) visited by Jola House members who shared Christmas gifts. While many families struggle to make their families happy this festive season, a non-profit organization, Jola House, has identified with several pregnant women and baby mothers at the Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town, Monrovia and Omega Community in Paynesville.  The organization, on December 23, 2020, gave out several items designed and produced by members of the Jola House. The items distributed include African made bags; African baby blankets, African utility bags, and breast sanitizing towels, among others. Jola House was established in 2012, but officially began operations in 2013 and has been engaged in training women to contribute to their communities in those various skills they have acquired.
