The signing of the bill opens a new frontier in the battle over abortion restrictions as first-of-its-kind legal provisions intended to make the law harder to block are poised to be tested in the courts.

The project proposal was presented to city council this week.  Joel Martinez, the director of aviation at the airport said the goal is to give it a modern look so it can be a memorable experience for travelers. Martinez said they set aside $2.5 million from the CARES Act to pay for the project and the rest will be paid for by airport cash reserves and external sponsorships.
