Public consultation on Avenue changes Ariapita Avenue. - The Urban Development Corporation of TT (Udecott) has scheduled a public consultation on enhancements for Ariapita Avenue, Woodbrook on April 26 at 7.30 pm. The consultation is being held in conjunction with the Port of Spain City Corporation and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts. An April 15 post on Udecott’s Facebook page said the virtual consultation is being held to discuss the enhancements and have the public share its feedback. The event will be broadcast on its Facebook page. Port of Spain mayor Joel Martinez said on Monday, “The whole purpose behind the revitalisation of the Avenue is part of the redevelopment of Port of Spain.”
