The comedian must have a thing for architectural showplaces. In 2019, he dropped $20.5 million on a similarly dramatic mansion also found in Bel-Air, but ended up selling it last summer for $21.7 million.
Noah bought this one from Mark Rios, an L.A. architect who built the 11,000-square-foot home for himself. Inspired by Japanese aesthetics, he told Architectural Digest that he went through 50 plans before settling on the final design and employed dark timbers based on a room he saw in Kyoto and extra-thick walls to protect against the noise of the city below.

Trevor Noah, has picked up another purchase in Bel-Air, the L.A. Times reported.
The comedian has shown that he has seriously expensive taste in real estate, splashing out a whopping $27.5 million on a luxury mansion in the swanky Los Angeles neighborhood. The deal closed at the end of the year, realtor.com® records show.

South African comedian Trevor Noah has reportedly bought a fabulous mansion in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, for a whopping $27.5-million. (In dollars to rands, that’s over R420-million!) The LA home boasts its own private gym, six bedrooms, a private home theatre, and an infinity pool with sweeping views of the city, Santa Monica mountains and the Pacific Ocean (on a clear day).
