The person who tested positive is currently well and has recovered after finishing a self-isolation period. Asymptomatic testing of two classes is being undertaken at the school as a precaution to help prevent onward transmission of the variant. Anyone who needs to be tested will be contacted directly by the school. Social distancing and hygiene measures are in place at the school to limit the spread of the virus.
