LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock Police are investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds.
The drive-by shooting happened at 11:45 a.m. in the 2300 block of Ave. X, which is near Chapman Field in the Heart of Lubbock.
Police say 27-year-old Johnathan Vasquez was shot multiple times.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) â (UPDATE 12/14): The Bakersfield Police Department said Jonathan Vasquez located safely Saturday.
The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the communityâs assistance in locating a missing juvenile. Jonathan Vasquez was last seen on Dec. 11 at 3:30 A.M., in the 1000 block of Dovewood Avenue. Vasquez is considered at risk.
Vasquez is described as a Hispanic male, 16 years old, 5â4â , 130 pounds, Wearing no shirt, and blue sweatpants.
Anyone with information regarding Vasquezâs whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Bakersfield Police Department at (661) 327-7111.
