MUSKOGEE, Okla. -
As snow and ice blankets some parts of Muskogee, a local dealership pitched in to help first responders.
James Hodge Ford loaned trucks for police to use while working in the wintry conditions. This helped police officers drive through town to get to those in need.
Jack Hodge, the owner of James Hodge Ford, said this was a simple thing to do for those who sacrifice so much.
“Anytime they need me, if we can help, we’re going to step up. Whether it’s volunteering time, vehicles, money, anything we can do to help our communities we want to give back,” Hodge said.

Muskogee s Own Colton and Zach Swon - better known as the Swon Brothers are topping the music charts with their recently released album Nashlahoma.
The album that hit number 8 on the country music charts in less than a day, and the brothers say the songs were inspired by their time in Nashville and the Sooner State. It s kind of written from the heart and Oklahoma is definitely the inspiration everything that we write, said Zach.
The brothers say releasing an album in the middle of pandemic has been difficult because they cannot perform at their regular venues or go on tour.
