The 41-year-old man arrested in connection with the triple killing of three men in Albuquerque, New Mexico has been convicted of assaults in Massachusetts, federal investigators said in court records.
Richard Kuykendall was arrested Friday on a federal arrest warrant charging him with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, records show.
Three men, all who had been shot, were discovered inside a vehicle parked at a hospital in Albuquerque on Wednesday. All three men died.
