Since his arrival, general manager Nick Caserio has interviewed David Culley, Tim Kelly, Jim Caldwell, Leslie Frazier, Eric Bieniemy, and Josh McCown for the opening. And while we don t know who ultimately gets the job, we do have a wish list . our Dream Team on what their coaching staff could look like come the 2021 season.
Head Coach: Eric Bieniemy
Potentially the only hire that could save the relationship between quarterback Deshaun Watson and the Texans, Bieniemy is long overdue an opportunity as an NFL head coach. Having led the Kansas City Chiefs offense to a Super Bowl victory just last season, the former San Diego Chargers running back has led one of the most well-rounded and dynamic offenses in the NFL as the Chiefs offensive coordinator.
Joe Judge cultivated an impressive staff in his first season with the New York Giants, and Sean Spencer, Jerome Henderson and Burton Burns were among those who stood out.

It s back to the drawing board for New York Giants head coach Joe Judge, who has a significant coaching vacancy on his staff to fill after the team reportedly was unable to reach a contract extension with Dave DeGuglielmo.
DeGuglielmo, initially hired by Judge to serve as a consultant because the full-time offensive line coach when Judge fired Marc Colombo following a reported flare-up of tempers when Colombo had learned of Judge s plan to have DeGuglielmo serve as a consultant.
The Giants offensive line is coming off its first year with three faces, including two rookies (Andrew Thomas and Shane Lemieux) at new spots, Judge has stressed from Day 1 the importance of finding assistant coaches who are good teachers.

The Giants need a new offensive line coach. Again.
Dave DeGuglielmo will not be returning as offensive line coach in 2021 and now Giants coach Joe Judge will have to find the organization’s fourth offensive line coach in the last three seasons. The New York Post first reported that DeGuglielmo wouldn’t be coming back.
