Nine suspects will appear at a Crown Court NINE suspects accused of drugs offences in Leigh will face a Crown Court next month. The suspects appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on charges relating to alleged drugs supply. Nathan Lee Rutter, of Wigan Road, Leigh appeared facing seven charges. Rutter is charged with conspiring to supply cocaine and heroin in Leigh between August 2018 and February 2020. He is also charged with possession of pepper spray canister, possession of a torch taser and with driving a Volvo dangerously. The 20-year-old is also charged with possession of a machete and possession of a knife.
