Cowbit social housing scheme nearing completion

A social housing development in Cowbit is nearing completion.
Platform Housing Group will hand over the final keys to homes at Croft Close early next month.
It is the social landlordâs latest development within Lincolnshire, offering a mixture of affordable homes for shared ownership and rent.
Completed homes at a new development in the village of Cowbit (44038236)
The 32 homes are made up of 14 for affordable rent and 18 shared ownership.
The scheme â which began in March 2019 - has been made possible by grant funding from Homes England, Recycled Capital Grant Funding as well as Group funds.
