There have been many studies that have linked heavy social media use to mental health issues like anxiety and depression, but there are other scholars that have published papers saying that there is no link. So I’m strictly talking from my own personal experience and if you have experienced the same type of feelings perhaps the tips here will help you as they have helped me.
First I need to state that I have never been diagnosed with depression or anxiety, but I do recognize that these are serious real things that people deal with on a daily basis. I respect the struggle and do not intend to say that these tips will instantly fix a legit medical condition.
