Drugs kingpin Jonathon Moorby pleaded guilty to conspiring to supply Class A drugs
Kingpin Jonathon Moorby has been sentenced for his role in a drugs conspiracy.
Restrictions were put on the case until sentencing was completed on Friday. The case was initially due to be heard before a jury at Teesside Crown Court on Tuesday but ahead of the trial Moorby changed his plea and the case was adjourned until today.
The 50-year-old, of no fixed address, admitted conspiring to supply Class A drugs between August 31 and October 18, 2015. The case has been the subject of a number of delays having originally been due to take place on March 1. It was put back then due to a complaint which was made against Cleveland Police.
