Police considering sudden death in North Central a homicide By Ryan McNally Jul 16, 2021 | 1:51 PM The death investigation that began Thursday morning on the 800 block of Princess Street has now been deemed a homicide. Shortly after 5:00 AM, police were called to the scene and proceeded to provide first aid to an injured man located at the scene. EMS transported to the man to hospital, where he died a short time later. The victim was later identified as 33-year-old Jason Bird of Regina. No one has been arrested in connection to this incident at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
