(Lander, WY) –Last fall, Fremont County man Travis Glaze, 37, was charged with the sexual abuse of a minor who was under the age of 15.
At his May 6th sentencing hearing, presided over by Judge Jason Conder, in concurrence with his guilty plea of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, Glaze was sentenced to 27-30 years of imprisonment with no chance at probation.

During his opening statement, Fremont County Prosecuting Attorney Patrick LeBrun commented, “Wyoming punishes this crime severely. These crimes keep happening because the victims don’t have a place to run, especially when they occur in the place they’re supposed to feel safe. I believe you should serve every second of the 30 years.”
