In part that was newspaper economics, although it was also exacerbated by the fact that many US papers were owned by debtladen companies. The only US papers that seemed to be healthy were The Washington Post, which was bought in 2013 by wealthy Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, News Corp’s Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times, which was cementing its position as the global newspaper of record in digital subscriptions.

The correction nevertheless did little in offsetting the benchmark cryptocurrency’s upside bias. Analysts remained convinced that the BTC/USD exchange rate would rebound from its sessional lows to pursue its uptrend as it was. One of them is Dr. Jess Ross.
The founder/chief executive at Vailshire Capital tweeted earlier Thursday that Bitcoin remains “wildly bullish,” citing an ascending triangle to back his upside sentiment. In retrospect, the BTC/USD exchange rate was trading inside the bullish continuation pattern, with the area between $60,000 and $61,000 serving as its interim resistance.

In a recent livestream with David Jaffe, former Bend Studio director Jess Ross revealed that Days Gone sequel pitch included an online mode that would have formed a significant portion of the game. Due to an NDA, Ross cannot speak about much of the Days Gone 2 pitch that Sony ultimately declined. Ross doesn’t know if Sony outright canceled plans for a sequel, but he did outline that his leaving Bend Studio had nothing to do with the sequel pitch being rejected.
The biggest surprise from Days Goes sequel pitch was the inclusion of a shared online world. Jess stated (as transcribed by VGC) that “We wanted co-op from the beginning [in Days Gone 1], but obviously you have to make concessions for what you’re not going to be able to do.”
