There is something almost spiritual about walking in a wood. Whether it’s in spring, when they are filled with bluebells, wild garlic and twittering birdsong, during the cold, winter months, when the silhouetted trees look majestic against a wintry sky, it’s an uplifting experience. One that is elusive for many of us at present; but soon, we all hope, that will change.

Evans said that the shift to digital in motor retail was already well underway pre-Covid, but the global pandemic has accelerated the transition at a rate no-one could have anticipated before ‘lockdown’ became ingrained in the national vocabulary.

• 5:42 p.m. Monday, 3700 block of Interstate 35, Eric Sifuentes-Rivera, 35, Oklahoma City, was arrested and released on a notice to appear for driving with no license.
• 1:55 a.m. Monday, 2900 block of Interstate 35, Johnnie Williams, 65, Fulton, Mo., was arrested in connection with driving under the influence and no liability insurance after being reported as an erratic driver.
