In the first season of “Miracle Workers,”Daniel Radcliffe, of “Harry Potter” fame, played an angel, who worked for a scruffy version of God (Steve Buscemi). Season 3 of the comedy anthology series, “Miracle Workers: Oregon Trail,” is set in 1844 and, according to TBS, it follows an “idealistic small-town preacher (Radcliffe) who teams up with a wanted outlaw (Buscemi) and a liberated prairie wife (Geraldine Viswanathan) to lead a wagon train west on the Oregon Trail across an American landscape which, much like today, is fraught with both promise and peril.”
