The big positive for Mumbai would the return to form of opener Quinton de Kock (117 runs), who made a blistering, unbeaten 70 against Rajasthan.
The faltering Mumbai middle-order also clicked in the previous game, on a comparatively easy batting track compared to the one at the Chepauk.
Suryakumar would need to convert his starts while Krunal Pandya (68 runs) played a useful cameo at No 4 in place of Ishan Kishan, which would have bolstered his confidence. He would be keen to take it forward from where he left. Kieron Pollard also displayed his hard-hitting skills on Thursday and would be raring to go once again, and so would fellow all-rounder Hardik Pandya.

A thrilling onslaught by West Indies captain Kieron Pollard spearheaded Mumbai Indians chasing down 218 by Chennai Super Kings and winning their Indian Premier League (IPL) showdown by four wickets in Delhi on Saturday.
Pollard is one of the world’s best Twenty20 players but he had yet to fire in this IPL. He enhanced his reputation by smashing a 17-ball 50 and 87 not out from 34 balls, smoking eight sixes and six boundaries.

New Delhi: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) stalwart Suresh Raina on Saturday became the fourth player in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to play 200 games.
He achieved the feat in CSK’s match against Mumbai Indians here at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Raina has scored 5,489 runs in the 199 games he has played before Saturday’s game and is the second-highest run-scorer in the history of the tournament.
