ROAR Architects has converted an end-of-terrace house in Kentish Town into two split-level dwellings for a brother and sister
The house on Leverton Street in Kentish Town s Conservation Area had been a women’s refuge centre since the 1980s but had been unoccupied for five years. It was purchased by its clients in 2017.

North London-based ROAR Architects has converted the end-of-terrace Victorian house into two self-contained, duplex apartments with an extension to the rear.
