Many years ago I had €7000 squirreled away to put towards a Citroen DS21 Pallas. My wife decided the money would go towards buying a house. We still have the house but I haven t got the car. Just looked and there are not many under €18000 in decent shape. I haven t given up hope though so that would be.my buy.
