According to the complaint, the next day, he posted a photo of the exterior of the Capitol with accompanying text that said in part, Everyone talks about being a patriot until its (sic) time to do patriot (expletive).
He went on to write, I went to DC. I helped take the Hill. I helped other patriots prevent antifa from damaging anything.
The Fort Worth Police Department analyst who came across the initial post ultimately located a Daniel Dink Phipps with information that matched that of the Facebook profile, the complaint says.
The complaint says the FBI spoke to a witness who lived in the same neighborhood as Phipps and the witness confirmed the person in the photo at the Capitol was Phipps.

A Burleson man who allegedly appeared in a photo smoking a cigarette during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and was wearing a shirt that said Murder the Media was arrested by the FBI Tuesday.
Nicholas DeCarlo, 30, faces charges of obstructing an official proceeding, entering a restricted building, and parading or demonstrating on Capitol grounds.

A North Texas man who federal officials say made numerous posts on social media about participating in the Jan. 6 riot at the United States Capitol was ordered to be held without bond at a detention hearing Monday after being arrested last week on federal charges.
Garret Miller, 34, of Richardson was arrested last Wednesday on charges of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted buildings or grounds without lawful authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, obstructing or impeding any official proceeding and certain acts during civil disorder.
A Virginia man was arrested at a checkpoint and charged with having an unregistered gun.
