Cocke County Woman Accused Of Theft An arrest warrant has been issued for a Cocke County woman accused of theft…from her estranged husband. On Sunday, 29 year old Justin Sifontes told Cocke County deputy Jessica Butler that he is working on remodeling a home he owns on Hwy 340. Sifontes stated that while he was away buying supplies, the estranged wife of his employee David Owens called his cell phone to tell him she had broken into that home and taken some of her husband’s tools…Brenda Owens stated that she had taken a red Skill saw and other items. Sifontes informed her that she was not welcome into the home and if she did not return the items he would call police. A warrant has now been issued for Brenda Owens’ arrest for burglary and breaking and entering.
