Kinetic by Windstream Adding Nearly 1,000 Jobs for Fiber Broadband Expansion   Share Windstream LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Kinetic by Windstream, a long-trusted community partner for high-speed internet, announced today it is creating a new engineering and fiber construction organization to manage its broadband expansion across 18 states. The company plans to add nearly 1,000 jobs. “We are committed to building the best fiber network for our customers. To accomplish that we are internalizing construction operations, ensuring the people that build the network will also operate it.  This is another exciting step in our long-term multi-billion dollar build initiative to bring fiber services into our communities.
