An excellent place

At 88 years, I have my headstone in the Bernardston cemetery. I have lived most of my life in faraway places but my parents, Myron and Julia Barber, plus other family are buried there. My reasons go beyond that. I have vivid memories of several fine people there: Frank R. Foster, Commander Leonard Eastman, Fred Messer, and several others.
Bernardston is an excellent place to live and a town cannot be more beautiful. I served 29 years in the military and retired a major. I have four published books with “Identical Harts” rated 5 stars. I was a test pilot on the World’s first attack helicopter, the AH1 Cobra. I graduated from Mount Hermon School, Class of 1951.
