Ratu Kadavulevu School sprinter Nacani Rasoqosoqo is one of the favourites to win the Senior Boys 100 metres in the Coca-Cola Games at the end of this month. Rasoqosoqo was given the Viti FM Best Male Athlete Award at the Tailevu Zone after winning gold in the Senior Boys 100 metres, 200 metres and 4 x 100 metres.
The last time an RKS athlete won the Blue Ribbon event was in 2019 and that was through Kolinio Radrudru.

Year 12 Xavier College student, John Aryan Raju had a perfect build-up for the Coca-Cola Games after winning gold in the 5,000 metres Open Grade final in the Easter National Championships at the ANZ Stadium.
Raju will be competing in the Intermediate Boys 1,500 metres, 3,000 metres and 4x400 metres relay events in the Coca-Cola Games.
Raju won gold in the Junior Boys 1,500 metres and 3,000 metres events in the 2019 Games.

New Delhi, March 1 : The All India Tennis Association s (AITA) Return to Tennis endeavour the High Performance Training Camps (HPTC) has started to bear fruit as Akanksha Nitture, a 17-year-old HPTC trainee from Pune, ousted Snehal Mane in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 in the final qualifying round at the ITF Women s $15,000 event here on Monday.
The international professional circuit made a comeback in India on Monday with two tournaments being hosted in Lucknow (men s $15,000) and at Delhi Lawn Tennis Association Complex (women s $15,000).
