As an upper-level disturbance moves out, our rain chances will start to drop. Heading towards the end of the week and weekend, count on plenty of heat, a good breeze and lots of humidity to take over the forecast.
After some locations around Kingsville received more than 13 inches of rain, including more than 4 inches here in Corpus Christi, we'll begin to dry out today. Scattered showers return over the weekend, but only scattered in nature. Any rainfall received will result in flooding. Use caution.
