After multiple attempts by a Murkle woman to have her Christmas gifts picked up by a tardy courier, the John O Groat Journal resolved the matter within an hour of contacting the company s press team.
Jean Brock s 12 days of Christmas nightmare started on Friday, December 4 when she contacted Hermes to have four parcels picked to send as presents to family members in Tadcaster, Yorkshire. I was waiting for the parcels to be picked up from my home on the Friday and had paid for it two days before, said Ms Brock.
